Running Late?
If you're running late for your appointment, please reach out and let us know. You can reply directly to your email confirmation. If you are more than 15 minutes late and we don't hear from you, we will be unable to perform your service and you will be charged 100% of your appointment cost.
Parking
Please give yourself plenty of time to park! Please also take note of street sweeping signs! The City of Denver sweeps the 2nd week of the month, April - November.
Cancellation Policy
We have a strict cancellation policy as late cancels are difficult for us to fill last minute meaning we are not paid for our time. If you need to cancel your appointment 48 hours in advance, you will be charged 50% of your service cost. If you have to cancel your appointment within 24 hours, you will be charged 100% of your service cost.
By Appointment Only!
Any open availability will be posted on the 1st of each month! We post any and all cancellations on our Instagram pages as it is too difficult to manage a cancellation waitlist. Please follow us there!
Snow Days
We follow the Denver School District's snow day cancellations. So if area schools are closed, your appointment may be cancelled and we will be in touch to reschedule!
Kiddos
Please do not bring your little ones to your appointment. The shop is not a safe place for kiddos or newborns and it distracts mom from her service.
